Job Title Mould Flow Analysis Engineer - Design Department Key Responsibilities Perform mould flow simulations to analyse fill patterns weld lines air traps shrinkage and warpage Optimize gate runner and cooling designs for efficient moulding Provide design recommendations to improve mouldability and part quality Validate simulation results with mould trials and update designs accordingly Troubleshoot moulding issues and support root cause analysis Coordinate with design tooling production and quality teams to resolve issues Maintain best practices and stay updated with latest mould flow techniques Required Qualifications B Tech B E Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 5 years experience in mould flow analysis injection moulding processes Strong knowledge of plastics tooling and CAE simulation tools Moldflow Moldex3D Good analytical problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with CAD tools SolidWorks NX CATIA Knowledge of DFMEA Lean Six Sigma and process validation Relevant certification in mould flow injection moulding Thanks Yojana Sambre (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 55 000 00 per year Work Location In person
