The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Financial Analyst with a CFA designation to join our team This role is ideal for a detail-oriented skilled with a strong foundation in investment analysis financial modeling and strategic planning You will be instrumental in guiding data-driven decisions that support our client s growth and financial health Responsibilities Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions Develop maintain and improve complex financial models and forecasting tools Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and present key findings to senior management Analyze trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement Perform research and financial investment due diligence on private and public assets including early-stage companies VC funds and real estate Evaluate investment opportunities and support capital allocation decisions Prepare financial investment due diligence reports for internal and external clients Partner with cross-functional teams e g operations sales product to support budgeting and forecasting processes Assist in scenario and sensitivity analysis for key business drivers Monitor economic industry and market trends and assess their impact on the company s financial plans Support M A activities including due diligence valuation modeling and integration planning Job Requirements Professional Knowledge CFA Charterholder required Bachelor s degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field MBA or Master s degree preferred 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis corporate finance or investment banking Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills proficiency with financial planning software and ERP systems Investment due diligence experience with both public and private companies Strong analytical problem-solving and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Soft Skills Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously Commitment and ability to meet critical business deadlines Self-starter with solid organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail Excellent research and problem-solving skills Strong technology and software acumen Comfortable learning new software programs Able to receive constructive feedback Comfortable working in a dynamic environment Benefits and Perks Unlimited vacation Ongoing education and training Bonuses
