We are seeking a talented and experienced Ad Agency Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will have a passion for advertising excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns As the Ad Agency Manager you will oversee all aspects of client accounts from initial strategy development to campaign execution and performance analysis Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of creative and strategic professionals to deliver high-quality advertising campaigns that meet client objectives Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and objectives to provide strategic guidance and creative solutions Collaborate with internal teams including creative media and account management to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities pitching new business and expanding existing client accounts Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to clients offering insights and recommendations for optimization Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to continually enhance our services and offerings Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Business or related field years of experience in advertising or marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and exceed client expectations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines Proficiency in advertising platforms analytics tools and project management software Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 477 06 - 30 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Work Location In person
