Downtime analysis to reduce eliminate repetitive downtimes Report repair requirements to Maintenance department and get it done on priority Carry out any other duties which may be requested by the Production Manager Familiar with PFMEA Process Failure mode effect analysis and JHA Job Hazard Analysis Well verse with Corrective and Preventive actions Familiar with common equipment s used in all industry BUDGETARY FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY No budget financial accountability EMPLOYEES SUPERVISED The employees of his responsible area report to him in the daily operation 6 -
