Job Title Accounts Manager Location Topsia Department Finance Accounts Industry Apparel Fashion Designing Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager who is a qualified Chartered Accountant CA with a semi-qualified Company Secretary CS background The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial accounting statutory compliance and internal controls within a fast-paced apparel design and manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Accounting Financial Management Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger accounts payable receivable and payroll Ensure timely closure of monthly quarterly and annual books of accounts Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports Taxation Compliance Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations GST TDS Income Tax Handle assessments audits and correspondence with tax authorities File statutory returns and maintain appropriate documentation Secretarial Legal as per CS knowledge Assist in ROC filings board meeting documentation and maintaining statutory registers Support in legal documentation drafting resolutions and compliance under Companies Act Liaise with company secretarial consultants legal advisors when required Budgeting Cost Control Assist in preparing annual budgets and variance analysis Monitor cost controls especially in areas like production sourcing and logistics Coordination Internal Control Work closely with design production procurement and merchandising teams for financial planning Ensure robust internal control systems are in place and adhered to Required Qualifications Skills Qualified Chartered Accountant CA Semi-qualified Company Secretary CS Completed Executive or Professional Module preferred 4-7 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the apparel fashion retail industry Strong knowledge of accounting standards IND-AS GST and Companies Act Proficiency in accounting software Tally ERP SAP etc and MS Excel Excellent communication analytical and leadership skills Preferred Attributes Experience working in a creative or design-driven business setting Understanding of cost sheet management in apparel production Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Compensation As per industry standards and experience Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Application Question s Your highest qualification Any experience in CA or CS License Certification Topsia location is ok Preferred Work Location In person
