Job Location Pune Work Mode Work From Office WFO Experience 2 - 6 Years Joining Timeline Immediate to 1 month We are looking for an Automation SME who will be responsible for identifying designing and implementing automation solutions across IT processes The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise hands-on automation experience and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to drive efficiency and process improvements Key Responsibilities Analyze existing IT processes and systems to identify automation opportunities Design and develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency Lead technical workshops and provide SME-level guidance to team members Mentor junior resources and support them in understanding automation best practices Collaborate with operations development and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective automated workflows Ensure automation solutions adhere to security compliance and performance standards Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation scripts workflows and tools Stay updated with emerging automation trends tools and frameworks to drive innovation Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in automation IT process automation scripting workflow automation Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains such as End User Support ITSM Network Server Cloud Virtualization Experience with scripting languages such as Python PowerShell Shell or similar Experience with automation tools or frameworks Good understanding of ITIL processes and operational workflows Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Positive to Have Exposure to monitoring tools ticketing systems or ITSM platforms Experience designing automated workflows in enterprise environments Knowledge of DevOps practices or CI CD pipelines Contact Person Vinita Rahalkar Email vinita rahalkar automationedge com
