Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment process sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Source qualified candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals and social media channels Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders Maintain applicant tracking sheets databases and recruitment dashboards Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job expectations Draft job descriptions and post openings across recruitment platforms Handle offer rollouts negotiations and joining formalities Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support employer branding and other HR initiatives when required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR or related field 2-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist Strong sourcing skills with experience using Naukri LinkedIn Indeed and social channels Excellent communication and coordination abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements Proactive self-motivated and detail-oriented Female candidates are preferred for this role Immediate joiners preferred Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
