Job summary Looking for a servicing executive in insurance to manage queries maintain relationships assist with proposals and reports and ensure high client satisfaction Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for policy holders addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring trust and long-term engagement Assist in preparing insurance proposals policy summaries and client reports Maintain accurate client records policy summaries and client reports Maintain accurate client records policy documents and follow-up actions Resolve client queries claims issues and escalations promptly and professionally Ensure high client satisfaction to support policy renewals and retention Assist with general office and administrative tasks related to client servicing Requirements Graduate or post graduate in any discipline Solid communication skills in English Hindi and Telugu 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or insurance Freshers may also apply Ability to support additional office and administrative tasks as needed Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Work Location In person
