Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive who has hands-on experience in HVAC and Electrical tendering The candidate will handle tender search documentation estimation costing and coordination with clients vendors and internal teams Key Responsibilities Search review HVAC Electrical tenders on GeM CPP and e-procurement portals Study tender documents BOQ drawings technical specifications Prepare technical commercial bids Manage online tender filing documentation submission Estimate quantities prepare costing BOQ for HVAC Electrical works Coordinate with vendors for quotations and technical clarifications Maintain tender MIS submissions and follow-ups Skills Required Knowledge of HVAC Systems VRF AHU Ducting Ventilation Knowledge of Electrical Works Cabling Panels Wiring Good understanding of e-tendering processes Robust skills in MS Excel Word documentation Coordination communication skills Ability to work under deadlines Education Diploma B Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred Or relevant experience in HVAC Electrical tendering Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
