Job Title Designation Junior Operator - Production Qualification Diploma or equivalent Experience 2-4 years Department Production Job Summary The Junior Operator - Production assists in the effective operation of manufacturing equipment and production processes Working under the supervision of senior operators or production supervisors the Junior Operator ensures smooth functioning of production lines maintains product quality follows operational standards and complies with all safety protocols Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment tools and machines under the guidance of senior operators Monitor raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Assist in the setup adjustment and changeover of production equipment for new batches or production cycles Perform basic maintenance activities such as cleaning lubricating and checking equipment condition Report any equipment malfunctions safety issues or technical problems to senior operators or maintenance teams Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures SOPs to meet daily production targets Support activities related to packaging labelling and storage of finished goods Maintain a clean safe and organized workspace in accordance with company policies Work alongside senior operators to troubleshoot minor production issues and provide suggestions for improvement Maintain accurate documentation of production data including material usage downtime and output Comply with all safety guidelines PPE requirements and operational standards Participate in team meetings skill-enhancement training and continuous improvement programs Note The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive Additional duties may be assigned based on organizational needs and operational requirements Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Education Diploma Preferred Experience operator 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
