Job Title Machine Maintenance Supervisor Company Wellversed Health Private Limited Location Plot no-771 Udyog Vihar Phase 5 Gurgaon Salary In-hand 20 000 - 22 000 Experience 1-2 Years Employment Type Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a Machine Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Wellversed Health Private Limited The role involves assembling maintaining and repairing industrial machinery particularly milling machines and filling machines to ensure they function smoothly and efficiently This role offers a great opportunity for growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Build and assemble machines including milling machines and filling machines as per technical and production requirements Inspect machines regularly and identify mechanical electrical or operational issues Perform on-site repairs and adjustments to ensure smooth and safe machine operations Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns or malfunction reports in production machinery Conduct routine and preventive maintenance including lubrication and calibration Refill fluids and replace worn-out or defective parts in machines Maintain proper operation of milling heads cutting tools augers pistons valves and filling nozzles as applicable Instruct machine operators on daily maintenance practices and preventive care Keep clear and timely records of maintenance activities breakdowns and repairs Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal downtime and optimal productivity Job Requirements Minimum Qualification Graduate Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Electrical preferred 1-2 years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance in a manufacturing setup Strong knowledge of milling machines filling machines and other industrial equipment Ability to read and understand technical diagrams blueprints and manuals Proficiency in using tools like screwdrivers hammers spanners and measuring instruments Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems motors sensors etc Good communication and documentation skills Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
