Key Responsibilities Quality Control Testing Monitor raw material quality cement aggregates sand admixtures and water as per IS standards Conduct routine and special concrete tests - slump cube casting compressive strength workability etc Ensure calibration and proper functioning of laboratory equipment Maintain proper sampling and testing records as per QA QC norms Process Production Monitoring Check mix designs and ensure strict compliance during batching Monitor batching plant operations to maintain consistent quality Coordinate with plant operators to ensure corrective actions in case of deviations Control wastage and ensure optimum utilization of raw materials Documentation Reporting Prepare daily weekly monthly quality reports Maintain cube test registers raw material test reports and calibration records Support ISO BIS and customer audits Customer Support Attend site during pouring to ensure correct placement compaction and curing of RMC Handle customer queries and resolve quality-related issues Provide technical guidance to clients on concrete handling and application Compliance Standards Ensure adherence to IS codes BIS standards and company SOPs Maintain safety and environmental compliance in all QA QC activities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
