E-Commerce QA Associate Location Hyderabad India Experience 2-4 Years Job Type Full-Time Permanent Job Summary We re looking for an E-Commerce QA Associate to ensure the quality accuracy and smooth functioning of our online platform The ideal candidate should have experience in functional testing UAT and e-commerce workflows ensuring every release meets business and customer expectations Key Responsibilities Conduct functional and UAT testing across e-commerce modules Product Listing Cart Checkout Payments and Order Tracking Identify log and track defects coordinate with developers for fixes Validate integrations with ERP CRM Payment Gateways and Logistics platforms Prepare and maintain test cases test reports and regression test suites Collaborate with product and business teams to understand and document workflows Participate in sprint meetings and provide QA support for releases Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or related field 2-4 years of QA or functional testing experience preferably in e-commerce Hands-on experience with Shopify Magento WooCommerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud Strong knowledge of MS Excel Jira and Test Management tools Excellent attention to detail communication and documentation skills Positive to Have Exposure to API testing and integration validation Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices Basic understanding of automation tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 413 78 - 50 015 93 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
