- Store Manager Position Store Manager Department Operations Store Management Location Barhi Sonipat Reports To Operations Manager Director 1 Job Summary The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction maintaining inventory accuracy managing staff and achieving sales and operational targets The role requires strong leadership excellent communication and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently 2 Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations including opening and closing activities Supervise train and motivate store staff to ensure excellent performance Maintain optimal inventory levels stock rotation and product availability Monitor and control shrinkage damages and stock discrepancies Ensure accurate and timely entry of stock billing and documentation Handle customer queries complaints and provide effective resolutions Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance Ensure store cleanliness safety and compliance with company policies Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports Implement promotional activities displays and store merchandising 3 Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any field preferred 2-5 years of experience in store or retail management Strong leadership and team management skills Positive knowledge of inventory control systems and store operations Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in MS Excel billing software and reporting Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges 4 Personal Attributes Strong problem-solving attitude Organized and detail-oriented Positive responsible and proactive Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Job Type Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
