Company Overview We are a leading manufacturer of innovative refrigeration equipment and climatic test chambers dedicated to delivering high-quality technologically advanced solutions We are looking for a skilled Technical Purchase Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence and innovation Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Financial Management Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger accounts receivable payable and bank reconciliations Prepare and manage Profit Loss statements balance sheets cash flow statements and other financial reports Conduct monthly and annual closing processes in compliance with statutory requirements Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance using Tally ERP 2 Taxation Compliance File GST returns monthly quarterly annual and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws Prepare and file Income Tax returns TDS returns and handle related assessments or audits Stay updated on changes in tax laws and compliance requirements 3 Store Purchase Accounting Oversee accounting of store inventory and purchase transactions Coordinate with the procurement and store teams to ensure proper documentation and ledger entries Verify supplier bills purchase orders and stock movements for accuracy and reconciliation 4 Financial Analysis Budgeting Perform financial analysis to support business decision-making Monitor budgets vs actuals and assist in variance analysis Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements 5 Audit Internal Controls Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits Implement and monitor internal control systems to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud 6 Team Leadership Coordination Supervise junior accountants and finance staff Liaise with other departments for smooth financial operations and reporting Key Requirements Qualification B Com M Com MBA Finance CA Inter preferred Experience Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance with at least 2 years in a senior role Software Skills Proficiency in Tally ERP MS Excel knowledge of other accounting software is a plus Knowledge In-depth understanding of GST Income Tax TDS inventory and purchase accounting Other Skills Strong analytical communication and leadership skills Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Iyyappanthangal Chennai Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Relevant 8 years Required Work Location In person
