Responsibilities Lead and manage mechanical projects in the Thermal Projects sector ensuring all milestones are met Develop project plans including scope budget schedule and resources allocation Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives Oversee the execution of projects including procurement construction and commissioning phases Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges Provide technical guidance and support to project team members Prepare regular project status reports and communicate project updates to senior management Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout project lifecycle Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Master s degree in Project Management preferred
