Job Summary We are looking for a Fit-out Draftsman with experience in preparing technical drawings and shop drawings for interior fit-out projects The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software with a strong understanding of joinery ceiling layouts partitions wall finishes flooring and furniture detailing Key Responsibilities Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD Revit or other CAD software based on sketches specifications and engineering data Assist in the development of shop drawings as-built drawings and coordination drawings Coordinate with engineers architects and other team members to clarify design details and resolve conflicts Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and documentation Support the team in preparing BOQs quantity take-offs and material schedules if required Requirements Diploma or Certificate in Drafting Architecture Engineering Technology or related field Minimum 4-8 years of hands-on experience in preparing technical drawings and shop drawings for interior fit-out projects Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software e g Revit MicroStation SolidWorks depending on industry Understanding of construction methods building codes and technical standards Ability to read and interpret architectural structural and MEP drawings Solid attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Diploma or Certificate in Drafting Architecture Engineering Technology or related field Interested candidates please send your CV to preethi desigsmith in Job Type Full-time Pay 8 086 00 - 52 327 47 per month
