1 Quality Assurance Controlo Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with drawings specifications and codes o Conduct inspections for civil works concrete reinforcement formwork finishing etc o Verify and approve construction materials ensuring they meet project standards 2 Testing Documentationo Witness and record field lab tests concrete cube tests slump tests soil compaction etc o Maintain calibration records of testing equipment o Prepare quality reports checklists and test logs 3 Non-Conformance Corrective Actiono Identify and report deviations non-conformance NCRs o Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure corrective measures are implemented o Follow up on closure of NCRs within stipulated timelines 4 Coordination Complianceo Liaise with consultants clients and third-party inspectors for quality-related matters o Ensure compliance with ISO IS codes project specifications and company QMS procedures o Support audits and client inspections at site 5 Training Awarenesso Guide site teams and contractors on quality standards and procedures o Promote awareness of quality culture across site staff Reporting To QC Manager Project Manager Location Project Site - Coimbatore Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Diploma in Civil Engineering o 1-5 years of experience in quality control assurance in civil construction projects o Robust knowledge of IS codes QA QC procedures and testing methods o Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD for checking drawings and report preparation o Attention to detail analytical skills and problem-solving ability o Good communication and coordination skills with site teams and clients Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
