Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our events company The role involves sourcing screening and Scheduling talent across creative Production Technical Client Servicing and operations teams to support diverse event projects Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle recruitment sourcing screening interviews and Schedules Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for on-ground technical and creative and Client Servicing roles Coordinate with HR Team department heads to understand manpower requirements Manage vendor and consultant relationships for bulk urgent hiring Ensure and Bring current hiring strategies Maintain recruitment reports and databases Requirements Bachelor s degree with 1-2 years of recruitment experience preferably in events entertainment industry Consultancy target hires Strong networking and sourcing skills via job portals social media and referrals Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple requirements Job Type Permanent Pay 20 205 55 - 25 465 83 per month Application Question s How many Years of Recruitment Exp C ctc NP Work Location In person
