Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer Male with a strong creative vision and proven experience in developing high-impact visual designs across digital and print media The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics attention to detail and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visuals that align with brand identity Key Responsibilities Lead the visual design process from concept to final execution for digital print and multimedia projects Develop and maintain a consistent brand look across all creative assets including marketing materials social media UI UX elements presentations packaging and campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing product content and development to deliver visually compelling solutions Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and best practices Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Fine Arts or related field Experience 4-7 years of experience in visual or graphic design roles Skills Mastery of design software Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Figma Sketch etc Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design thinking and execution Excellent typography layout and color theory skills Valuable understanding of UI UX principles and responsive design Strong communication and presentation abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines Preferred Male candidates only as per organizational diversity balance goals Experience in industry e g advertising tech real estate etc Motion graphics or video editing skills After Effects Premiere Pro is a plus Familiarity with web and mobile design systems What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Creative freedom and opportunities to lead impactful projects A collaborative and innovative work culture Growth opportunities within the design and creative leadership track Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
