MAINTENANCE INCHARGE Key Responsibilities Plan supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment HVAC systems water systems and utility machinery Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of production lines Maintain and update maintenance records as per GMP and regulatory requirements Coordinate with production quality and engineering teams for maintenance schedules Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental regulations Handle calibration of instruments and validation of critical equipment Supervise maintenance staff and allocate tasks effectively Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors for repair and procurement Prepare maintenance reports breakdown analyses and improvement plans Support audits regulatory GMP ISO by ensuring equipment readiness and documentation Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery utilities and HVAC systems Familiarity with GMP FDA and regulatory compliance Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Leadership and team management ability Positive communication and documentation skills Qualifications Experience Diploma Degree in Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation Engineering 5-8 years of experience in maintenance within a pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry Hands-on experience with HVAC purified water systems boilers air compressors and packaging machinery preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 11 225 82 - 49 309 49 per month Work Location In person
