Job Title Operations Executive Location Bangalore Job Type Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive - Deployment Recovery of Assets to manage the lifecycle of company assets including the deployment to and recovery from client locations The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery installation tracking and retrieval of physical assets e g electronic devices equipment etc while maintaining accurate records and ensuring minimal asset loss or damage Key Responsibilities Coordinate the deployment of assets to clients or field locations as per the operational schedule Manage asset recovery ensuring safe return and checking for damage usage or loss Maintain accurate asset tracking using internal systems or asset management software Perform on-site checks and visits to verify asset condition location and proper usage Liaise with logistics teams vendors and field staff to ensure smooth delivery and pickup operations Maintain deployment logs recovery status reports and asset handover forms Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or damages during deployment or recovery Support audit processes by providing updated data on asset movement and condition Ensure compliance with company policies regarding asset handling and documentation Coordinate with internal departments Tech Admin Accounts for asset-related queries Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Operations Logistics Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of experience in operations logistics or asset management preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and conduct field visits as required Proficient in MS Office and asset tracking tools Basic understanding of inventory or fleet management is an advantage Good communication skills in English and local language Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Chandigarh Chandigarh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Operations 2 years Preferred total work 3 years Preferred Location Chandigarh Chandigarh Preferred Work Location In person
