Role Lead PLSQL Developer Experience 8 years Location Options Chennai Bangalore Hyderabad Pune Joining Immediate joiners preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead PLSQL Developer with strong development expertise in the telecom domain The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable PLSQL solutions handling complex business logic optimizing performance and leading a development team This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will be expected to code mentor and drive end-to-end delivery of telecom projects Key Responsibilities PLSQL Development Design code test and maintain complex PLSQL packages procedures functions triggers and queries Work extensively with large telecom databases ensuring accuracy scalability and performance optimization Troubleshoot and debug production issues ensuring high availability and reliability Leadership Team Management Act as a technical lead guiding junior developers and reviewing code quality Provide technical mentorship and ensure adherence to best practices in database design and coding standards Collaborate with stakeholders business analysts and project managers to align technical solutions with business goals Telecom Domain Expertise Apply telecom business knowledge to design database solutions tailored to domain-specific requirements Work on billing mediation provisioning or customer management systems BSS OSS background preferred Performance Tuning Optimization Conduct query optimization indexing strategies and database performance tuning Ensure systems can handle large volumes of telecom data efficiently Project Delivery Stakeholder Interaction Take ownership of development deliverables from requirement analysis to production deployment Coordinate with onshore offshore teams clients and business stakeholders Manage risks track progress and ensure timely delivery within budget Mandatory Skills PLSQL Development Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in development roles support-only profiles will not be considered Telecom Domain Must have worked on telecom-related projects preferably with BSS OSS systems Leadership Proven experience in a lead role handling team members and delivering complex projects Strong knowledge of database design data modeling query optimization and indexing strategies Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Preferred Skills Exposure to migration projects and large-scale database upgrades Experience with Oracle performance tuning tools Knowledge of Unix Linux scripting to support PLSQL jobs Good understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies Job Type Full time Pay 750 000 00 - 950 000 00 per year Work Location In person
