Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Office Peon to support our daily office operations The ideal candidate should be punctual disciplined and capable of handling various basic administrative and support tasks Mobile No 91 (phone hidden) Key Responsibilities Opening and closing the office premises on time Maintaining cleanliness of the office including desks pantry and washrooms Serving tea coffee and water to staff and guests Handling outdoor tasks such as delivering documents collecting parcels and visiting banks or government offices when required Assisting office staff in filing photocopying and document arrangement Monitoring and replenishing office supplies like stationery and pantry items Ensuring proper hygiene and cleanliness in the office at all times Running small errands as per the instructions of office staff or management Supporting in moving or rearranging office furniture if required Helping in setting up meeting rooms or arranging chairs tables for events Requirements Minimum qualification 8th Pass or as required Prior experience as an office peon or similar role is preferred Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness Physically fit and active Trustworthy and disciplined Ability to read and follow simple instructions Good behavior and polite attitude Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Internship Contract length 60 months Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
