We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager Overseas with a solid background in overseas consultancy and recruitment The ideal candidate must have prior experience in overseas manpower consultancy and a proven track record in handling end-to-end recruitment operations Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations and employee performance Develop implement and monitor strategies for overseas recruitment and consultancy Handle client management ensuring long-term partnerships and business growth Ensure compliance with legal industry and international recruitment standards Lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals and KPIs Manage reporting and overall organizational efficiency Requirements Proven experience in overseas consultancy and overseas recruitment industry Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes documentation and compliance Excellent leadership and people management skills Strong client relationship management experience Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Business Administration HR or related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in overseas consultancy recruitment Prior managerial or leadership experience in a similar industry Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Experience overseas industry 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
