Role Quantity Surveyor Tendering Engineer Experience 1-5 Years Software Skills AutoCAD Location Chandigarh Job summary Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Tendering Engineer to manage cost estimation and tender preparation for infrastructure projects in Chandigarh The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience in handling large-scale construction projects Key Responsibilities Tender Preparation Develop and submit competitive tenders for projects by analyzing project requirements and client specifications ensuring alignment with company capabilities Quantity Take-Off Perform accurate quantity take-offs for materials and resources needed for construction projects ensuring comprehensive coverage of all project components Must know BBS BOQ preparation Cost Control Monitor and control project costs during execution comparing actual vs estimated costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints Contract Administration Manage contract documentation and ensure all contractual terms are met including compliance with regulations and industry standards Client Liaison Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding tender submissions and project costings ensuring clear communication and satisfaction Software Proficiency Auto-CAD Key Requirements Experience 1-5 years of experience in quantity surveying and tendering within the civil engineering sector Education Bachelor s degree in B Tech B E with a specialization in Civil Engineering or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience with infrastructure projects in urban environments Proficiency in project management software Job Type Full time Pay 200 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Work Location In person
