We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Salesperson to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying selling and renting properties You will guide clients through the property transaction process ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish Key Responsibilities Assist clients in buying selling and renting residential or commercial properties Conduct property showings and site visits Advise clients on market conditions prices legal requirements and related matters Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers Prepare and review sale agreements and property documents Stay updated with real estate laws market trends and property values Build and maintain a strong client network through excellent customer service Coordinate with legal teams developers and registration offices when needed Requirements Proven experience in real estate sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of local property laws and market trends Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred Basic computer skills MS Office email property portals Qualifications Minimum Bachelor s degree in any field is an advantage Real estate certification if applicable is a plus Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
