Job Title HR Executive BPO Sales Recruiter Location Malakpet Hyderabad Experience 3-8 years We are looking for a dedicated Sourcing Executive to support our recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent for BPO and Sales roles The role involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels to build a robust talent pipeline ensuring a continuous supply of relevant profiles Key Responsibilities Source candidates for voice non-voice and sales roles using Job portals Naukri Shine Monster etc Social media platforms LinkedIn Facebook groups etc Employee referrals and internal databases Use Boolean search techniques and filters to refine search results Maintain daily sourcing reports and candidate trackers Coordinate with the screening or recruitment team for smooth handover of sourced profiles Ensure a high volume of relevant candidate profiles per day Understand job requirements and client specifications to source targeted profiles Proactively build a database of potential candidates for future requirements Required Skills Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools Ability to work independently and in a team environment Positive communication and coordination abilities Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure Experience in recruitment or sourcing is preferred Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge Bachelor s degree in any field Interested candidates can share resume at career bmcloud gmail com or DM at (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
