The Finishing Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and executing finishing works in residential high-rise projects particularly those constructed using MIVAN shuttering technology The role demands close monitoring of quality timelines and coordination with multiple stakeholders to deliver premium finishing standards Key Responsibilities Execution Supervision Supervise all finishing activities including block work plastering flooring tiling painting false ceiling joinery and external facade works Monitor and execute finishing works in MIVAN-structured buildings ensuring dimensional accuracy and alignment Coordinate with civil MEP and interior teams to ensure smooth execution without rework Inspect site work regularly and resolve technical site-related issues on priority Quality Safety Assurance Ensure high-quality finishing works as per IS codes specifications and project standards Monitor surface preparation leveling and finishing tolerances specific to MIVAN structures Implement and maintain safety protocols ensuring PPE usage and compliance Liaise with QA QC for inspections and approvals Planning Coordination Prepare daily weekly progress reports and update project schedules Coordinate with architects consultants and subcontractors for approvals and technical clarifications Verify contractors bills and certify measurements as per site work Ensure timely availability of materials and manpower to meet finishing targets Material Resource Management Raise requisitions for finishing materials tiles paint doors windows etc and ensure quality checks Prevent material wastage and monitor proper handling storage Track resource allocation for optimal utilization of labor and tools Key Skills Competencies Robust technical knowledge of finishing works in high-rise residential projects Hands-on experience with MIVAN shuttering technology and its impact on finishing standards Familiarity with finishing tolerances waterproofing techniques and defect rectification Proficiency in reading drawings BOQs and finishing specifications Good leadership team management and problem-solving skills Qualifications Experience B E B Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering 3-7 years of experience in finishing works for residential high-rise projects Must have hands-on exposure to MIVAN construction technology Experience in large-scale real estate or contracting firms will be preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
