We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused skilled to join our team as a University Relations Associate This role combines responsibilities in admissions outreach student engagement and academic advising The ideal candidate will be proactive approachable and committed to guiding students through every stage of their academic journey from initial inquiry to enrollment and beyond Key Roles Responsibilities Outreach Relationship Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with high schools counselors and channel partners Represent the university at school visits education fairs webinars orientations and virtual physical events Plan and execute creative cost-effective outreach initiatives such as student panels alumni spotlights and pre-departure sessions Support communication and marketing efforts by providing inputs for outreach campaigns and content development Student Advising Academic Support Guide students through the admission process by addressing queries and offering timely personalized support Assist students with academic planning course selection and transition into university life Monitor academic progress and proactively intervene when concerns arise Provide personalized guidance for academic and personal challenges connecting students with appropriate campus resources Maintain regular communication through scheduled check-ins and outreach activities Keep accurate and up-to-date advising records to ensure effective tracking of student engagement and outcomes Contribute to monitoring and improving student success metrics Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have any experience in counseling Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location Remote
