Job Title Finance Head Department Finance Accounts Industry Open Industry FMCG Building Materials Location Delhi Reports To Director Team Size 20 Salary 2500000 to 2800000 Position Overview We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Finance Head to lead our financial operations and ensure fiscal discipline across the organization The role demands strong financial leadership operational expertise and proven experience in compliance risk management and business partnering within a manufacturing-driven environment Key Responsibilities Develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and long-term value Lead budgeting forecasting and business planning aligned with organizational goals Monitor cost structures optimize margins and drive profitability initiatives across products plants and regions Oversee working capital ensuring effective receivables payables and inventory management Ensure statutory compliance GST TDS Income Tax Ind AS IFRS and accurate reporting Manage internal statutory and tax audits ensuring transparency and timely closure Build and maintain strong banking relationships oversee funding credit and treasury operations Drive ERP adoption automation and digital transformation in the finance function Partner with sales operations supply chain and procurement teams to provide actionable financial insights Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team fostering accountability and innovation Establish risk management frameworks internal controls and compliance protocols Support strategic initiatives including CAPEX evaluation plant expansion and market entry Key Skills Competencies End-to-end finance leadership in manufacturing corporate environments Strong knowledge of financial controls tax laws accounting standards and audits Expertise in cost optimization across production logistics and distribution Commercial acumen with exposure to pricing profitability and expansion strategies Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills Experience in digital finance initiatives and process automation Qualification Experience CA Chartered Accountant is mandatory MBA in Finance is an added advantage 12-15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in building materials cement paints or related manufacturing industries Proven exposure to high-growth multi-location operations and distributor-driven sales models Job Type Full time Pay 2 500 000 00 - 2 800 000 00 per year Work Location In person
