Core Responsibilities Ensure file dockets are dispatched to storage within reasonable TAT Minimize the documents missing in storage and ensure all documents are scanned verified and acknowledged Ensure all customer documents are tracking of all documents send to internal customer team within agreed SLAs Ensure vendor bills are processed and payments released within reasonable timelines Ensure training is imparted to the branches to ensure files are updated dispatched within reasonable timelines
