Role Overview The Centre Head will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and management of the Lighthouse Program at their assigned location This leadership role requires a highly motivated and passionate individual who is committed to driving impact among underprivileged youth The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision operational excellence and strong people and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful program delivery and long-term sustainability Key Responsibilities Program Implementation Coordination Lead the execution and monitoring of the Lighthouse Program at the assigned centre Ensure alignment with organizational goals and programmatic milestones Placement Livelihood Sustainability Drive student placements through regular engagement resume review interview preparation industry expert sessions and employer connections Collaborate with the Placement Manager to identify and generate new job opportunities Map and leverage local economic opportunities for student placements Team Centre Management Ensure smooth daily operations of the centre including maintaining a positive and professional culture Supervise centre team including planning timesheet tracking task delegation and performance reviews Provide mentorship and quarterly performance feedback to team members ensuring high engagement and low attrition Identify skill gaps and coordinate capacity building with Cluster Head and HR Data Management Reporting Oversee accurate and timely data entry across digital platforms Ensure adoption and usage of the Youth Connect Portal and other Lighthouse technologies Submit monthly reports on program activities outcomes and challenges Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including local government officials MLAs Corporators donors corporate partners skilling and placement organizations community leaders and volunteers Represent the organization confidently in public forums and partnership meetings Administrative Asset Management Manage all centre-related assets infrastructure and administrative functions Required Qualifications Experience Postgraduate degree MSW or equivalent with 5 years of experience in program implementation preferably in the skilling education or livelihood sector Proven experience in managing teams 4-7 members and delivering measurable outcomes Strong communication skills in English Hindi and Marathi written and verbal Experience working with senior stakeholders across government donors and corporate sectors Familiarity with operating and managing training or community centres Comfortable with public speaking and making presentations Demonstrated ability to work independently manage time effectively and multitask in a dynamic environment Preferred Skills Robust leadership mentoring and team-building skills Strategic thinking with a result-oriented approach High digital literacy Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams Google Workspace and video conferencing tools Zoom Google Meet Adaptable open to experimentation and willing to learn Application Instructions Interested candidates should email their updated resume to careers lighthousecommunities org with the subject line Centre Head - Pune Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 58 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
