We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Documentation Specialist to manage pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation for international trade The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enhance export operations through effective communication and coordination with internal teams and overseas buyers facilitating smooth and timely shipments Pre-Shipment Documentation Prepare Performa Invoices Generate and issue Proforma Invoices to customers outlining details of goods and pricing Manage Export Samples Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of export samples to clients for approval FCL Shipping Documentation Documentation Preparation Compile and maintain accurate and complete shipping documents including Commercial Invoices Packing Lists Verified Gross Mass VGM declarations Export Vehicle Declarations EVD Duty Drawback DBK Declarations Annexure-C as required E-Invoices and E-Way Bills Certificates of Origin Bill of Lading Insurance Certificates Phytosanitary and Health Certificates 2 Shipping Bill Filing Prepare and file shipping bills accurately and timely with customs authorities to ensure compliance and smooth clearance 3 RFID Seal Filing Coordinate the use and documentation of RFID seals for tracking shipments security and compliance Post-Shipment Coordination Documentation Maintenance Timely maintain and organize documentation records collaborating with internal teams for efficient records management Buyer Coordination Liaise with overseas buyers for all documentation-related approvals ensuring all requirements are met and facilitating communication Audit Preparation Assist in preparation for audits by maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation records Compliance and Reporting Ensure Compliance Stay updated on export regulations and ensure all documentation complies with local and international trade laws Reporting Generate reports related to shipment documentation status and coordinate with relevant departments regarding delays or issues Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Master s Preferred Work Location In person
