We are seeking a skilled and experienced Repair and Maintenance Fitter The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in repairing maintaining and troubleshooting various industrial machinery including Grinding Machines Gas Cutting Machines Drilling Machines and Pug Cutting Machines As a key member of our maintenance team you will ensure all machinery operates at peak performance minimizing downtime and maintaining the efficiency of production operations Conduct repairs and regular maintenance on Grinding Machines Gas Cutting Machines Drilling Machines and Pug Cutting Machines Diagnose mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues and provide corrective solutions Perform preventive maintenance checks to identify potential issues before they result in breakdowns Replace worn or damaged parts such as bearings belts motors and other critical components Use diagnostic tools and manuals to troubleshoot and repair machinery Identify faults in mechanical electrical or pneumatic systems and resolve them in a timely manner Assist in the installation of recent machinery and ensure that all machines are correctly set up and calibrated Ensure proper alignment and assembly of machine components Maintain detailed records of repairs maintenance schedules parts usage and machinery performance Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
