Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic qualified who can combine creative design skills with strong customer relationship and sales management abilities This role requires designing bespoke furniture concepts as well as managing the store s day-to-day operations client interactions and sales growth Key Responsibilities Design Create innovative and functional furniture designs based on client requirements Work with materials such as solid wood metal and upholstery to develop concepts Coordinate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and quality standards Maintain trend awareness in furniture and interior design Store Sales Management Manage daily operations of the furniture store and ensure smooth client experience Interact with walk-in customers understand their needs and provide design-led solutions Prepare and present design proposals quotations and customization options Drive sales targets and ensure revenue growth Maintain visual merchandising standards in the store Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business Requirements Degree diploma in Furniture Design Interior Design related field 2-5 years of experience in furniture design and retail sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask between design development and store management Proficiency in design software AutoCAD SketchUp or similar Passion for furniture interiors and customer service What We Offer Competitive salary performance incentives Opportunity to work on custom design-led projects A creative and collaborative work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Work Location In person
