Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Executive with 3-4 years of experience in handling contract management activities The role involves reviewing interpreting drafting and submitting contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements Key Responsibilities Review and interpret contract terms conditions and clauses to identify potential risks or obligations Prepare draft and submit contracts agreements and other legal documents for clients vendors and internal stakeholders Ensure all contracts comply with statutory laws company policies and regulatory guidelines Maintain accurate records of contracts and manage the contract database for easy retrieval Coordinate with internal departments Legal Finance HR Operations etc for contract-related requirements Assist in contract negotiations by preparing summaries highlighting key issues and suggesting revisions Monitor contract deadlines renewals expirations and deliverables to avoid lapses Support audit compliance and reporting requirements Act as a point of contact between management and external parties regarding contract matters Qualifications and Skills Graduate Postgraduate in Law Business Administration or a related field 3-4 years of relevant experience in contract management administration Strong understanding of contract terms compliance requirements and risk assessment Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and contract management tools Excellent communication negotiation and drafting skills Robust attention to detail and ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements applicable to contracts Preferred Experience in construction infrastructure manufacturing or corporate environment online tendering process Exposure to vendor client or government contracts through online tendering process Job Type Full-time Pay 20 289 33 - 30 302 64 per month Work Location In person
