Prepare format and finalize multilingual documents for translation ensuring consistency with client specifications and brand guidelines Work on layout adjustments font compatibility and design adaptation across different languages including those with special characters and right-to-left scripts Preform pre-processing of source files and post-processing of translated files for print digital and online publishing Handle file conversions PDF Word InDesign Illustrator Photoshop CorelDRAW etc and ensure editable formats are maintained Check for formatting errors text expansion shrinkage issues missing characters broken layouts and incorrect styles after translation Collaborate closely with Project Managers Linguists and QC teams to deliver error-free output within project deadlines Manage version control and ensure proper file organization and archiving for all projects Perform quality checks on graphics charts tables and images to ensure they align with the translated content Suggest process improvements and contribute to developing DTP best practices within the team Job Type Full time Pay 200 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
