Job Title Senior Accounts Executive Department Finance Accounts Location Baner Pune Reporting to Accounts Manager Finance Head Job Type Full time Experience Required 6-8 years minimum Job Summary The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy in financial reporting handling statutory compliance and supporting audits This role requires attention to detail strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of accounting principles and taxation laws Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards Prepare and review financial statements P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Handle accounts payable receivable and ensure timely payments collections Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny Manage GST filings TDS returns and other statutory compliances Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit processes Process payroll entries and employee reimbursements Ensure accurate and timely monthly quarterly and year-end close processes Support budgeting and forecasting activities Prepare MIS reports as required by management Monitor and control company expenses and cost allocations Liaise with banks vendors and statutory bodies as needed Key Skills Competencies Sound knowledge of accounting software Tally ERP Zoho SAP etc Strong understanding of Indian taxation - GST TDS Income Tax Proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables etc Analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce B Com or related field M Com CA Inter MBA in Finance preferred 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
