Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage all dispatch operations - Coordinate with the logistics team and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods - Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation - Schedule and prioritize dispatch activities based on urgency and delivery deadlines - Supervise and train dispatch staff - Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards - Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery - Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch operations - Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays - Prepare and present regular reports on dispatch performance and delivery metrics Required Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dispatch or logistics management preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment - In-depth knowledge of dispatch and transportation management principles - Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards for transportation and dispatch - Robust ability to interpret and analyze data related to dispatch operations and delivery performance - Proven experience in managing a team and driving performance improvements in dispatch operations - Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Experience total work 7 years Preferred Work Location In person
