Job Title Assistant Sales Manager Location The Fern Goregaon Mumbai Department Sales Marketing Reports to Sales Manager Director of Sales Job Summary The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales Marketing team in generating revenue building client relationships and driving business for the hotel The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities assisting in account management and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies aligned with the hotel s positioning as a 5-star Ecotel property Key Responsibilities Business Development Assist in identifying and developing new corporate leisure and MICE Meetings Incentives Conferences Exhibitions business Support the Sales Manager in managing existing key accounts and ensuring repeat business Client Relationship Management Conduct sales calls client meetings and site inspections to promote the hotel s rooms banquet and F B offerings Build strong relationships with travel agents corporate clients and event planners Sales Support Coordination Assist in preparing proposals contracts and rate agreements Coordinate with internal departments Front Office Banquets F B to ensure seamless guest experience for booked events and stays Market Research Track competitor activities pricing trends and market demand to identify potential opportunities Provide inputs for promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives Reporting Administration Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system Prepare daily weekly sales reports and assist in achieving monthly sales targets Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree diploma in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field 7-9 years of experience in hotel sales preferably in a 4 or 5-star property Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Knowledge of the Mumbai market and corporate travel trade contacts is an advantage Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable hospitality practices is desirable Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
