Job Title Design Engineer - EOT Crane Division Location 45 3 Changodar Industrial Estate Ahmedabad Company Endeavour Instrument Private Limited Company Overview Endeavour Instrument Private Limited is a reputed engineering company specializing in EOT cranes material handling systems and heavy machinery We offer complete in-house design manufacturing and automation solutions for industrial lifting equipment across India Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Mechanical Design Engineer for our EOT Crane Design Team The ideal candidate should have experience in mechanical design structural load calculations and AutoCAD-based drafting for EOT cranes hoists gantry cranes and other lifting systems Key Responsibilities Design and develop crane structures trolley systems hoisting mechanisms and supporting frames Prepare GA Drawings Load Diagrams Assembly Drawings and Manufacturing Drawings using AutoCAD SolidWorks Perform load stress and structural calculations as per IS ISO standards Work on Bill of Materials BOM and costing sheets for crane projects Coordinate with the electrical production and purchase teams for execution Ensure compliance with industry standards for crane design and fabrication Review and modify existing designs to improve efficiency and reduce cost Provide design support during crane installation and commissioning if needed Key Skills Required Technical Skills Proficient in AutoCAD SolidWorks Inventor Strong understanding of crane design standards IS 3177 IS 807 IS 800 Knowledge of gearboxes motors hoists wire ropes brakes couplings Experience in structural design beam selection load stress analysis BOM preparation costing and material selection Familiarity with fabrication processes welding symbols tolerances Project Coordination Skills Excellent drawing interpretation detailing ability Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production alignment Coordination with vendors suppliers and shopfloor teams Solid documentation planning and time management Qualification B E B Tech Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience 2 to 5 years in crane design or heavy machinery design Salary 35 000 - 55 000 per month based on experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
