intelligence to our customers Responsibilities Research Process and Maintain Vehicle Data Conduct thorough research and manage data related to over 200 vehicle attributes in the North American market Data Transformation Run SQL queries to extract data and transform results into Excel files for analysis and coding into our tools and applications Client Queries and Case Investigation Investigate client queries and Salesforce cases identify discrepancies in existing coded data and provide findings to vertical leads Provide Actionable Intelligence Strive to deliver actionable insights to customers enhancing the value of S P Global products Identify Process Improvements Identify process improvements within products and work to automate existing processes What We re Looking for Educational Background Freshers 2024 2025 graduates preferred from B Tech Mechanical with specialization in Automobile Engineering preferred or any other similar degrees Technical Skills Strong knowledge of MS Excel Word and PowerPoint Scripting and Database Knowledge Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python SQL PLSQL along with a solid understanding of relational databases Attention to Detail High attention to detail and accuracy in data management tasks Course Knowledge Familiarity with Data Management Operations analytics and business intelligence Problem-Solving
