Chief Sales Officer CSO - Medical Devices Surat CTC 15-18 LPA Experience 12-20 Years Location Surat Gujarat Role Overview We are looking for a Chief Sales Officer CSO to lead and scale sales for a medical devices manufacturing company The role will own revenue growth across four channels OEM White-label Doctor-led sales Exports and Government Tenders and work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build a sustainable compliant and scalable sales engine Key Responsibilities Define and execute overall sales strategy and revenue growth plan Build and scale OEM white-label partnerships Drive doctor hospital and institutional sales Lead international exports and distributor-led expansion Handle government PSU tenders end-to-end Build and manage sales teams distributors and channel partners Coordinate with production quality regulatory and marketing teams Track sales KPIs forecasts margins and pipeline health Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and key client meetings Candidate Profile 12-20 years of sales leadership experience in medical devices medical equipment Strong exposure to OEM sales institutional sales exports and tender business Good understanding of medical device regulations and compliance Experience working with ISO regulated manufacturing environments Strategic thinker with solid execution and negotiation skills
