We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multi-Skill Technician to perform a variety of skilled maintenance tasks across electrical mechanical plumbing and HVAC systems The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with a strong commitment to safety efficiency and teamwork ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to optimal standards Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical electrical HVAC and plumbing systems Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in production or facility equipment and systems Read and interpret technical drawings manuals and schematics Install repair and maintain machinery and equipment Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies Log and report maintenance activities issues and resolutions Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests Assist in facility upgrades modifications and improvement projects Work with contractors and vendors when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent technical vocational training preferred Proven experience as a maintenance technician or multi-skill tradesperson Knowledge of mechanical electrical and HVAC systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Familiarity with PLC systems is a plus Understanding of health and safety regulations Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility to work shifts overtime or weekends as required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in standing bending and crouching positions for extended periods Comfortable working in a variety of environments indoor outdoor hot cold Preferred Certifications Not Required Electrical License HVAC Certification OSHA or safety training certifications Forklift or equipment operation licenses Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus
