Rushabh Parekh Design Studio is looking to hire a SENIOR ARCHITECT knowledgeable in HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL LUXURY AND HOSPITALITY PROJECTS INCLUDING VILLAS PREFERENCE - The candidate should be based in the Mumbai location only JOB LOCATION - Lower Parel Mumbai EXPERIENCE- 10 years JOINING DATE- Immediate joiner preferred REMUNERATION - 60 000-100 000 Negotiable JOB TYPE - Full-time Knowledgeable in HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL LUXURIOUS ARCHITECTURAL AND HOSPITALITY PROJECTS Developing architectural designs computer-based and hand sketches to meet project specifications Preparing and developing details project specifications and overseeing schematic through working drawings Managing multiple aspects of client team and project coordination which includes coordination with structure MEP Drawings AV Life safety building envelope etc Resolve complex technical and design issues with the team client and other disciplines o Review finished plans specifications and material approval and manage timelines and deliverables Demonstrating a solid sense of urgency combined with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively within a team environment Prepare graphics and visualizations for project presentations Use computer software as a tool for solving basic architectural problems Maintain conformance with building standards established architectural practices and applicable building codes Lead the design and development of architectural projects from conception to completion Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and timelines Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations Collaborate with clients project managers and other team members to ensure project success Prepare and present project proposals reports and presentations Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and progress Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members Scheduling and delivering at skill enhancement workshops Supervising Junior Architects and assigning them tasks Understanding of design details in architecture Experience with AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Photoshop Illustrator 3D Software Rhino BIM Lumion and other design software Knowledgeable in Working Drawings detailing in drawings Structural and MEP Drawings is mandatory Working knowledge of the use of computers for making architectural drawings calculations and 3-D visual simulations Basic knowledge of standard construction techniques and principles Proficiency in word processing Excel and effective communication skills Site experience with RFI Submittals Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or a related field Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual Strong project management and communication skills Up-to-date with the latest architectural designs and trends Experience with business development and client management Interested candidates can share their PORTFOLIO s and CVs at info rpds in mobile number - (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
