functions of the position effectively What does this role hold for you Manage the month-end closure process including preparation of monthly financial statements supporting schedules and detailed balance sheet reviews and account reconciliations in compliance with IGAAP Ind AS and IFRS Prepare and submit group reporting packs along with variance analysis and commentary Support treasury operations including cash management liquidity monitoring and investment planning Oversee Accounts Receivable processes including credit monitoring debtor ageing cash collections and revenue reconciliations to ensure accurate revenue recognition Compute reconcile and monitor intercompany cross-charges Maintain the Fixed Assets Register including technology capitalization and perform inventory valuation support physical verification of fixed assets and inventory Conduct user access reviews and support ICFR SOX and internal control documentation Facilitate statutory internal and ICFR audits with Big Four auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations Apply if you have Chartered Accountant CA qualification 2-3 years of experience in controllership or core finance roles Exposure to Big Four audit environments preferred Strong working knowledge of IGAAP Ind AS and IFRS Hands-on experience in financial reporting reconciliations and audit management Understanding of working capital management and treasury operations Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of ICFR SOX and internal control frameworks Proficiency in ERP
