Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced R D Engineer with a strong background in materials manufacturing and project management This role involves leading research and development initiatives managing cross-functional projects and driving innovation in material processing and product development to meet technical and business objectives Key Responsibilities Research and Development 1 Development of products as per customer requirements 2 Conduct detailed analysis and testing of materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications Project Management 1 Plan coordinate and execute R D projects ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to budgets 2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design manufacturing and quality to ensure seamless project execution 3 Track project progress manage risks and implement corrective actions when needed Design and Testing 1 Oversee prototype development and testing ensuring alignment with technical requirements and performance goals Evaluate test results and prepare technical reports and recommendations Documentation and Compliance 1 Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans test protocols and technical reports 2 Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards certifications and regulatory requirements e g ASTM ISO ROHS Key Qualifications Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Experience 2-5 years of experience in composite materials R D and project management Skills Strong understanding of materials including metals Composite and manufacturing techniques Proven track record of managing R D projects with cross-functional teams Competency in CAD and simulation software e g Ansys Abaqus Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 22 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Experience 4 yrs 1 year Preferred
