Peejay Granites under Peejay group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day operations related to stock and store management fuel and inventory tracking and coordination of site logistics The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills with a hands-on approach to operational efficiency and reporting Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and stock monitoring Manage purchase entries assist in procurement planning and analysis Track fuel consumption vehicle usage and petrol pump operations Maintain daily reports trackers and operational databases accurately Coordinate with staff across departments to ensure smooth workflow Maintain and manage inventory records consumables and usage logs Supervise vehicle movements trip logs and scheduling for transport operations Report daily to the Managing Director regarding shortages issues or operational requirements Carry out additional operational or administrative duties as required by the management Requirements Minimum qualification Graduate or Diploma in any discipline Min 3 years of experience in operations store facility supervision preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Positive communication and team coordination skills Knowledge of inventory fuel tracking or vehicle management is an added advantage Benefits Monthly In hand Salary 16 000 - 20 000 CTC upto Rs 28000 based on experience and skills Food and Accommodation provided by the company Opportunity to work in a growing manufacturing and logistics environment Send your resume to hr peejaymax com Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
