Job Title R D Chemist Manager - Herbal Skincare Haircare Personal Care Location Jaipur Rajasthan Experience Required 10 years Industry Herbal Skincare Haircare Ayurvedic Clean Beauty Products Job Summary The Wellness Shop Company is seeking a highly experienced and innovative R D Chemist Manager to lead and oversee the entire product development lifecycle from formulation to production of our herbal and Ayurvedic skincare haircare and personal care range The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge in herbal actives Ayurvedic principles and modern clean beauty standards ensuring products are effective compliant and aligned with our brand s wellness philosophy Key Responsibilities Lead R D efforts from concept development formulation stability testing scale-up and pilot batch to full-scale production Develop formulations based on Ayurvedic texts herbal ingredients and natural actives incorporating modern cosmetic science where appropriate Identify trends raw materials and innovative ingredients in herbal and natural personal care markets Conduct efficacy studies and ingredient evaluations Work closely with production quality control and supply chain teams to ensure smooth scale-up manufacturing and troubleshooting of product batches Ensure formulations meet all applicable cosmetic and Ayurvedic regulatory requirements such as BIS Ayush FDA etc Lead and mentor junior chemists lab technicians and interns in R D activities Maintain thorough documentation for formulations trials SOPs COAs MSDS and stability reports Qualifications Skills M Sc B Pharm M Pharm in Cosmetic Science Chemistry Ayurveda or related field Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in formulation and development of herbal Ayurvedic or natural skincare haircare personal care products Strong understanding of Ayurvedic ingredients essential oils plant extracts and cosmetic chemistry Proficiency in stability testing preservative efficacy testing and pilot-to-production scale-up Familiarity with global clean beauty trends ingredient safety and INCI standards Experience with GMP and ISO-certified environments preferred Solid leadership project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 66 000 00 per month Application Question s What is your current CTC what is your expected CTC What is your notice period We are looking for immediate joiner Work Location In person
